Product characteristics

GHT-11 dry gas hydrogenation catalyst is based on modified r-Al2O3 as the carrier, with tungsten nickel and Auxiliaries as the active components. The catalyst has
○Good low-temperature hydrogenation activity of olefins and organic sulfur, especially olefin saturation performance is more prominent, which can make catalytic dry gas. Coking dry gas or coking, catalytic mixed dry gas, etc. after being hydrogenated and refined, fully meet the hydrogen production process requirements
○It has good adaptability and can be applied to the three processes of refinery dry gas gasoline and diesel absorption hydrogenation, circulating adiabatic bed hydrogenation and isothermal 2 adiabatic bed hydrogenation.
○Strong resistance to carbon formation and long service life
○Good regeneration performance

Application

It is suitable for the hydrogenation saturation conversion of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, coking dry gas, catalytic dry gas, atmospheric pressure gas, low pressure gas of hydrogenation unit and other hydrocarbons, nitrogen compounds and about 20% unsaturated hydrocarbons. Can be recycled. GHT-11 hydrorefining catalyst can be used alone. If the GHT-11/GHT-12 two-stage filling process is adopted, the olefin saturation, desulfurization, and denitrification can achieve the best reaction effect.

In special-purpose iron drum lined with double-layer plastic bag, net wt. 140Kg/drum
