Jiangsu Yangzi Catalyst Co., Ltd. was established in 2013. In 2014, it constructed a 2000 ton/year reforming catalyst (including precious metal catalysts for isomerization and dehydrogenation) and a 2000 ton/year hydrogenation catalyst project (including non hydrogenation upgrading, desulfurization, denitrification, dechlorination, dehydration, environmental purification agents, etc.) in the Port Logistics Park of Gaogang District, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. At present, the company has become a domestic production enterprise capable of simultaneously producing four series of catalysts: hydrogenation, reforming, isomerization, and dehydrogenation. It is also a domestic refining industry fixed bed and precious metal catalyst development and preparation enterprise.
Yangzi Catalyst has a strong technical force. It has a team of experts who have been engaged in catalyst technology research and development, production preparation and technical services for many years in the industry as the core. It employs many doctoral supervisors, senior experts and professors in petrochemical technology as the technical support, and has long-term cooperation with State Key Laboratory and research centers to provide reliable technical support for the development and application of new products with advanced domestic levels. The company has a complete set of equipment for domestic automation, multifunctional, and high-efficiency catalyst production, precious metal catalyst regeneration, and reduction. To ensure the stability of catalyst product quality, a comprehensive analysis, testing, evaluation device and quality monitoring system have also been established.
Jiangsu Yangzi currently independently completes and cooperates in the development of petrochemical technology and proprietary catalyst products, mainly including:
1. Pre hydrogenation and semi regeneration reforming catalysts;
2. Continuous reforming catalyst;
3. Process and catalyst for producing base oil through high-pressure series hydrogenation of distillate oil;
4. Low quality catalytic diesel and coking wax oil hydrogenation upgrading catalysts;
5. Naphtha, LPG, catalytic dry gas aromatization process and catalysts;
6. C5/C6 light hydrocarbon medium and low temperature isomerization process and catalyst;
7. Production process and catalyst for clean gasoline from full fraction naphtha NMTG;
8. Two stage hydrogenation process and catalyst for producing high viscosity cosmetic grade white oil;
9. New generation high liquid recovery hydrocracking process and catalyst; 10. Vanadium free low-temperature denitrification catalyst.
Against the backdrop of increasing domestic energy demand, technological progress in the petrochemical industry, and accelerated product quality upgrading, especially the increasing demand for environmentally friendly clean fuels such as gasoline, diesel, and aromatics, there is a broad prospect for the development of hydrogenation, reforming, isomerization, and dehydrogenation catalysts. Jiangsu Yangzi will strive to cooperate with more research, production, and application units of new catalysts in various ways in the new era, and make practical efforts and contributions to the technological progress of the petrochemical industry together.
In recent years, in response to the increasingly severe domestic air pollution and haze, the company has been involved in cooperative development of new denitrification processes and supporting catalysts since 2016. By the end of 2017, the company collaborated with well-known domestic key laboratories of catalytic new materials (including new generation denitrification technology) to develop new vanadium free low-temperature denitrification processes and catalysts, liquid phase dual functional high-efficiency denitrification catalysts, and other leading technologies and products in China; At the same time, we also closely cooperate with well-known domestic companies to exclusively produce domestically leading high difficulty wastewater treatment catalysts. In the first half of 2018, an integrated cooperation model between industry, academia, and research was adopted to complete the research and development of China's first mobile source efficient denitrification technology and the technical renovation project of the supporting non-toxic catalyst preparation assembly line. In the future, Jiangsu Yangzi will become a high-tech enterprise in domestic petrochemical, fine chemical, and environmental protection innovative technologies and supporting catalysts.
