Non-hydrogen upgrading catalyst
Product characteristics | GZ -10 catalyst is a mixed product of modified molecular sieve and Al2O3. The catalyst has the following characteristics: ○ There are more medium-strong acids, and the pore volume is enlarged, and the modifying function is more matched with the acidic function. ○ High activity and selectivity, good modification effect, high gasoline yield. ○ Used in non-hydrogen combined processes such as naphtha, LPG after ether and catalytic dry gas, while isomerization, aromatization and superposition, gasoline yield is improved, and the octane number of gasoline is greatly improved . |

Application | The non-hydro-upgrading catalyst is suitable for low-sulfur, low-nitrogen straight-run naphtha, coking hydrogenation naphtha, C4 after ether and catalytic dry gas and other raw materials to produce high-octane gasoline blending components. | ||||||||||||||||||||
Packing | Sealed and packed in special iron drum, with cloth bag inside and plastic bag, 25Kg/drum. | ||||||||||||||||||||
Storage & Notes | ○ Pay attention to waterproof and moisture-proof, and strictly prohibit contact with other chemicals and hydrocarbons. ○ Don't drop or roll the iron drum during transportation; avoid the catalyst falling from high altitude when filling. ○ Start-up and regeneration should strictly follow the instructions for use of GZ-10 catalyst, and should be carried out under the guidance of professional technicians when necessary. |
