Advantages of using reduced catalyst
○The reduction quality of the catalyst is fully guaranteed-the most favorable reduction conditions (hydrogen electrolysis, no hydrocarbon, very low water in the gas) are used to ensure the recovery of the reactivity of the catalyst
○The reforming device avoids the conditions for the formation of iron trioxide under high oxygen and high temperature, which reduces the corrosion of pipeline equipment and the increase of pressure drop in the vessel.
○Shortened the start-up time (3 to 5 days shorter than the oxidation state start-up.)
○The waiting time for water is short after the oil is fed, and the operating conditions required by the target product can be reached quickly, reducing the discharge of unqualified oil.
○Reduce energy consumption and start-up costs.
○Improved the overall economic benefits of the device (direct and indirect benefits).
External regeneration reduction control index of reforming catalyst ○The residual carbon on the catalyst is ≤0.2m%, and the scorching rate of the catalyst is ≥99%
○After the catalyst is chlorinated and updated, the chlorine content of the catalyst is ≥1.2% (factory in oxidation state)
○After the catalyst is reduced, the chlorine content of the catalyst is ≥1.0% (factory in the reduced state)
○Catalyst regeneration reduction loss rate: Determined based on the analysis data of catalyst strength, dust content, oil content, carbon content, and sulfur content before regeneration, generally ≤2.0m%
Adaptability of external regeneration methods ○Suitable for the regeneration and reduction of various reforming catalysts (including semi-regenerative reforming catalysts and continuous reforming device dead zone catalysts)
○Suitable for the regeneration and reduction of various oil refining precious metal catalysts (including toluene disproportionation, xylene isomerization, selective hydrogenation of reformed oil, hydrogen production from naphthene, etc.)
